Delivery times are not guaranteed, but are our best approximation and will vary with specific requests. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Returns & Replacements
  • How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if order is not been processed, it’s not possible for us to cancel your order once it has been processed. As your order is placed, it take lots of efforts & man power to print/manufacture your customized product in minimum time possible. We do not stock inventory of any product displayed on our website. All products are printed/manufactured on demand so it is not possible to cancel your order onces it has been processed.

  • What if any product delivered to me is broken, damaged or torn?

Please give us a call or drop us a mail on care@shapemystuff.com within 12 hours of receiving goods(broken, damaged or torn). We'll promptly send you a replacement, and you can handover the damaged product to the same courier guy.

  • What if I want a refund instead of replacement?

As we are in customize products and we are manufacturing the products for you only it is not posible to give you refunds, we can only replace your products in case of broken, damaged or torn.
